Colorado has both a Presidential Primary (on March 3) and Caucus (on March 7) this year. At caucus you gather with other Democrats at the location designated for your precinct  to support your choice for U.S. Senate, share ideas for the party platform, and elect Precinct Committee People and delegates to the Eagle County Democratic Party Assembly. Caucus is your opportunity to get have your voice heard!

Alternatively you can use this map to find your address and identify your precinct. Once you know your precinct, check here to find out where your caucus location is:

If you will be 18 years of age on or before Tuesday, November 3, 2020 (Election Day), are registered to vote as a Democrat and your voter registration reflects where you live and you know your caucus location, that’s it! All you have to do is show up

Friday, February 14, 2020 is the deadline to register as a Democrat, and to have your voter registration reflect where you live so you can caucus in your precinct. Go to www.GoVoteColorado.com and make sure your voter registration is up-to-date, and that you’re registered as a Democrat!

Plan to join like-minded friends and neighbors at this one-of-a-kind, grassroots political forum. Throw your hat in the ring at caucus to be elected a delegate to the County Assembly  where the stakes are higher and excitement grows. Typically, there are plenty of spots for all those interested in going forward as delegates all the way to the State and Congressional Assemblies.


You can get involved in party leadership as a Precinct Organizer(PCP), a Delegate to County/State or National Assembly, or as an Election Judge? .  Please fill out this form and you will have the opportunity to be elected  by your precinct peers for PCP or Delegate.  The Eagle County Clerk’s office will determine who will be a judge after consideration of applicants.
