Important election dates:

Ballots mailed: October 11, 2024

Primary Election: Tuesday, November 5, 2024

Ballots for this election must be received no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day. Postmarks do not count! Ballots can be mailed with a single first-class stamp, which is currently $0.63 in the United States.

If you are in Eagle County, you may return your ballot to any Eagle County vote center or ballot box location.

If you are currently in another county in Colorado, your ballot will count if it is delivered to any Colorado county-controlled ballot box or vote center. Use this tool to find locations in other Colorado counties.

If you opt to mail your ballot, please allow for plenty of time. We recommend you mail your ballot on or before October 28. After October 28, drop your ballot in any ballot box in Colorado or take it to your nearest voter service center. To find a ballot drop off location click here.
